First Post! - Snowgen - 06-24-2023 This is a test post! I certainly hope I can delete it before we go live! RE: First Post! - NerdsRPG - 06-24-2023 Everything’s perfectly all right now. We’re fine. We’re all fine here now… RE: First Post! - Snowgen - 06-25-2023 Tomorrow I'll figure out how to give users moderator status for a sub-board, and work on the theming. Things are looking like they're working so far, though. That's good. I'm also working on the BBS. Mainly because I'm excited by the idea of having mutilplayer turned based online strategy games again. I might have to pick up a cheap Windows machine, as most the old games are DOS, and won't run on the ARM processor in the Raspberry Pi RE: First Post! - bigshadowdragon@gmail - 06-30-2023 (06-24-2023, 09:56 PM)Snowgen Wrote: This is a test post! Yeah... the issue I'm still facing is finding a Win32 machine. Still looking though! RE: First Post! - Evil Jeff - 07-16-2023 You may have to run a virtual machine to get 32 bits. And, now that I say that, I remember some website that you could get official versions of older MS OSes for usage in virtual machines. Have to find it. RE: First Post! - GMsShadow - 07-16-2023 I almost suggested a VM but wasn't sure if that would work for your needs. Sadly my knowledge on such stuff isn't brilliant. RE: First Post! - Sam - 08-10-2023 Hi All, from Australia. Thanks for setting this up Snowgen. Hopefully it will grow. As I said on Jason's podcast, social media and Discord is too fast, random, disposable and disorganised for me. |
